Summer right? We can still experience proper snow storms in May! This is from hanging on a vertical icefall yesterday with Luca Rolli and @bjarnesalen
Another deep day up high! Film maker @bjarnesalen is enjoying the first tracks down a Valle Blanche variation with only a handful of skiers on the whole mountain! May keeps on rocking and the snow still falls from the sky!
Winter is hanging on big time in Chamonix! Today was a powder day for the people at Aiguille du Midi! At the moment of the photo I was just about to drop in on an untouched Grand Envers with 30 cm of fresh!
Walking out from a great climbing session with Stefan Sporli. The mountains were not welcoming today, but the lush forests and the down valley crags were dry and with perfect temperature!
In between the clouds @bjarnesalen and myself were able to find some wonderful powder skiing on a deserted Aiguille du Midi! Perfect kind of day today – low expectations and high rewards!
